Yagoo wants people to watch holostars and he is testing how far the EN branch can go with the holoPro unity. That is why they are considered part of the holoEN family. Cover has promoted more auditions in December so there are good odds of Tempus 3 getting released this summer.

They used EN as guinea pig to see if combining into holopro is possible. The initial reaction (magging meme, "brotubers", some big streams) were good for them so they immediately greenlight homoen second gen or what they thought back then would be EN4. Then collab drama happened...
Experiment ended up in failure, because of it. Holoproen project was cancalled, but it was already too late to bin idea of homoen2 so they decided to go with "Actually they just Tempus", to minimalize damage by treating them as one gen.

It's easy to tell Cover just stopped giving a fuck about the english market.
They made one weak ass gen that under performed and gave up.
It's a lack of talents, it's that Cover's english management is absolute garbage and can't be trusted to do anything right, including casting.
If they have another gen they should avoid casting artists or busy professionals who will half ass shit, don't hire people just because they have the big numbers somewhere or special skills.
Yeah, worked with Calli, she might not be an active top tier streamer but she makes money through music but that's the exception. All the big HoloJP members were basically nobodies. Subaru, Pekora, Miko.
Avoid menhera with personality and gender disorders who hate themselves, avoid whores and male collabers, and avoid boring girls.
Also make designs that don't suck ass shit like Council and specially do not get big name artists that are hard to work with and will make garbage models nobody and nobody dares tell them they are shit and will need to be replaced in a year,give them all a clear color scheme that contrast from each other.
And don't make an over hyped months long attempt at going viral and don't make up some over complicated LORE bullshit. Give them simple concepts and a simple premise.
For designs just stick to normal fashion styles and gimmicks related to professions and popular archetypes in games and anime. Make sure they all stand out within the gen.
Make a balanced spread of animal girls and other fantasy types of non-humans.
Also limit yourselves to one girl with huge tits, more than that and it dilutes the impact of it.
Also this is important, you must include at least 1 loli. You can include 2, but at least 1 is mandatory. Keep the rest medium or medium-big. Also try to hire multiple hags, you don't need a whole hag gen but at least a few will keep everyone else going. Smelly n-life neets are fine too. You can hire lesbians who like cute girls but be very careful not to hire any that are political, just filter their entire internet history to find out who to weed out.
Also make sure the roommates look good in real life because people will find out who they are and it will impact their public perception.

Making a good gen is easy, it just boils to knowing who you want to hire and making good models and a good basic premise for the gen.
JP gens get it right, Myth got it right but somehow Council was a fuck up.
