See the diffrence is Elira didn't build the clique withing Niji from zero, she got her already established clique in first. Total numbers and the peer pressure of the clique as a whole is what let them spread their influence.

If Vox tries something Kurokara can just axe him. They'd lose alot of support and stockprice sure. But that pales in comparison to what they would lose from axing Elira+Enna+Mllie+Shu and other secondary members of the clique.

Her popularity as an indie was much higher than theirs she even had experience collabing with people in Hololive.
