In case you didn't know, Cover made a Hololive KR (https://twitter.com/hololive_Kr)) and Hololive IN (https://twitter.com/hololive_In)) account around the same time as they made their HoloID account because AnyColor was launching branches in those regions.
NijiIN was stillborn on launch / has already closed down and NijiKR would have likely suffered the same fate if it wasn't for Yuya (and later Bora) carrying the branches success on her back.
As others have said, the most popular members are the ones that speak a lot of Japanese. AnyColor's promotion of the branch to Koreans hasn't been great, most of the people who would actively seek out vtubers are people who know at least some Japanese. Still, most of the KOP fans are at least dedicated enough to green up chat and buy voice packs and such.

The Japanese LDP has been the only party in Japan since 1955. Except for 6 terms, they've ruled completely unimpeded. In fact from '55 to '91, Japan was pretty much a one party state, the other parties were just there as a foil in congress meetings.

The most accepted view is to just repeal the "special citizenship" status the korean-japanese have (only the descendants of koreans during the japanese occupation of korea) and either force them to get a visa through the usual way or deport them.
Other ideas are to deport them, to tally how much welfare they've 'stolen'* and put them into intensive labor to pay it back, or invading korea again.

* Zainichi koreans apparently steal welfare. They form communes, using fake japanese names, passports of koreans that arent even in japan, and even collect welfare for deceased members of the family. They have LINE groups to pass tips about how to better steal welfare and they pretend to be poor to steal even more. Or so they say.
