A termination and a proper graduation are not the same thing. If you're given a month-long sendoff, the reasonable thing to assume is it was an amicable split and there's really nothing much to say. It's not vague posting. The talent just wants out. End of story.

The problem is that the reasons they gave for her termination that we actually saw via the content were tame. It makes the entire list look overblown since people will naturally assume the off-stream reasons given were equally tame. You'd then have to take the word of other talents who dragged her through the mud after her graduation, but the act itself of dragging a former talent through the mud looks completely awful and unprofessional so it doesn't help.

NTA but what would be the definition of treating well? Cover has always had a more hands-off approach where success or failure is largely up to the talent themselves. As long as they are following guidelines then they're mostly free to drive their content however they want. I don't think it's cover's responsibility to promote every member, it's the responsibility of talents to promote themselves through merit.

I don't think Cover is ever going to change their policies unless something drastic happens. They want the image of the girls and guys running the show, not themselves having their fingers in everything. And purely from a profit standpoint, they are way more incentivized to put resources into promoting their already massive talents who push huge amounts of merch and donations over a 3view member who is just not a very good streamer capable of keeping their audience to stick around.
