I've never been invested in Ame for any particular game but rather her personality and presentation. I've felt that way about every streamer I have followed in the past. I actually really like this guys clips. High quality editing, animated subtitles, and minimal clickbait. His ina clips are also very good since he seems to be mostly a tako fan. A short clip channel that I actually don't get sense of disgust from the low effort.

You know, its kind of fucked that 1 person can have so much influence over Ame. I don't want to discuss this in /hlgg/.
She literally only considered streaming nier again because of 1 superchat 2 weeks ago, rar109 - "you promised". Thats all. A green superchat made her change her mind and put a Nier stream in the schedule even though she wasn't feeling like playing the game.
Its cute how indecisive she is sometimes but its also a big problem, because by being frickly and indecisive she:
1. Creates more problems for herself
2. Creates expectations that people shouldn't have
3. Make something people think she's manipulative even though she's the opposite of that
I really hope this was a good learning experience for her, and at the end of the day I always wanted that game dropped, since its not my cup of tea, but she could've handled this much better if she just ignored the guy 2 weeks ago.
She's a good girl with a heart of gold, but by trying to not disappoint anyone, she ends up disappointing a lot of people, even if just a little.

I have not watched the arcade date stream until now.
God, some parts, especially the driving, made me feel a bit motion sick.

It's a bit hard to tell if she definitely disliked streaming it in her past streams as she does have her up and down moods for the day for streaming, and her last stream did have ISP issues. However, it did feel like there was a hint of it. I don't really care for Nier that much, but her trying to keep a past promise felt honest of her. Maybe she should of just said up front before hand that she didn't think it was a good streaming game but wanted to keep the promise. However, getting a bit wishy washy during SC reading was definitely bad. She already admitted that beating around the bush was not a good thing, so she's learning.

I actually really like the longer highlights by Onniikami and Kowkarot because they actually combine clips from multiple clips to complete a storyline. For example, why would I want to watch the almost 20 hours of pain of Ame's building of PPP when I can a 40 minute well edited compilation of the best parts of those painful streams.

I do think Ame's idea of 3-6 minute clips with small comedic edits is probably the best option though. If its a really good stream with a lot of great moments I think the editor should be allowed to extend to maybe 10-15 minutes.

I think this does bring forward a difference in views for what some people will watch a vtuber for. I won't stand on a moral highground and pretend that watching for the chuuba alone is the only way to go, because it's personal preference. Outside of zatsu streams I can understand why people might tune out if a game is simply not for them. Otherwise it would be like forcing yourself to watch a shitty film only because your favorite actor is in it. It does seem that there are a handful of people who genuinely let game choice decide if they watch their oshi or not. For example, 2 days ago when Gura said she'll likely be dropping schedules, the people that weren't happy were mainly annoyed because they relied on the schedules to inform them what game she was playing, so that they could plan their day around it.

I don't see an issue with it really. While I personally will also watch Ame stream anything, since I'm a bit sad. There are plenty that won't (See Gura average 29k viewers for RE Village compared to DMC3 yesterday where she averaged around 10k). Numberfagging aside it's evident that people care about both.

I'm not a member, but maybe it's easier for you guys to have your comments read by her. My gut feeling is that the memory temperatures on her 3090 are hitting 110C which is when the card begins to throttle. This is an issue on pretty much all 3080s and 3090s, and is caused by shitty thermal pads that cannot transfer heat from the memory modules to the heatsink fast enough.
If you can, please send her a suggestion to download hwinfo and then look for the "memory junction" temperature under the graphics card section.

Also, I don't suppose any of you could take a screenshot of her benchmark results could you? It should be pretty easy to tell from the core/memory clock graphs if her card is throttling.
