As soon as Nijisanji EN was launched. Nijisanji was always "like this", they have plenty of weird ass vtubers but they're only japanese speakers. They nuked an entire branch because management kept fighting with the talents. They always did black company shit. But once Nijisanji EN came into existence and let bitches, chinese spies, whores, SJWs, tumblrfags, twitch groomers etc. masquerade as vtubers it became a giant ball of shit rolling downhill. Vshojo was always a known factor, people like Nyanners have a history going back to the era of Boxxy and other retarded /b/sluts, it wasn't a surprise she is as she is. But Nijisanji EN pretended to be hololive lite, then immediately began furiously shitting the bed as often as possible, becoming a creature that subsists off of chipotle burritos and just becomes morbidly obese, covered in bed sores and poops their bed because they can't get to the bathroom in time then says you're the bad guy for noticing.

Vshojo is almost quaint by comparison, the only real standouts are that the girls are whores and that they sometimes backstab each other for no reason. But that's not really all that noteworthy. Oh I guess zentreya is a "woman" too, but they're about the least notable transgender person to ever exist (or maybe I'd say that besides the robot voice, they're just too reasonable and sane to ever really be noticeable outside of their niche).

Petra and Pomu did. Pomu was still a bigger fan of hololive though. At least those two were somewhat aware of the NijiJP branch.
The two new Jap girls wanted to join NijiJP but had to settle for EN because you now have to go through their academy grift to join JP.
The rest though are hololive rejects or are in it for the money.
