You can't top Minecraft in terms of sheer versatility of content it can offer
Creating, surviving, PvP, adventure maps, roleplaying and interacting - all in one package. If I had no other interesting games I would stream Minecraft.
Apex, on the other hand, is just a well-rounded battle royale with a large playerbase
