It’s still so odd that he got a ban. He talked about a lot a dark stuff but he never showed super graphic images. Closest he got was pixilated mosaics, and you can find all kinds of gory movie scenes on youtube. I guess Japan tends to be stricter about that kind of stuff though with how even blood gets censored in modern anime.
