My guess is that she was suspended for two weeks, during which she decided to quit for good. So they're just withholding the announcement while they sort out the legal stuff. OR she has been thinking of leaving for a while now, with her last cover song being Badbye. Not being able to stream genshin on her main account is a really big deal to her.
