She's not really a vtweeter, if you check her twitch channel she's streamed a couple times in the last week and has a model. I think it's important to differentiate between actual vtweeters who never debut and just larp as a vtuber, and part-time vtubers. It's fine to be part-time, not everyone can devote al their time to it, or makes enough to live off vtubing.

That's the filler between actual content, a secondary thing for the most obsessed fans to keep them hooked. You can be a fan of vtubers and not watch one stream.
