Mori (had) has one of the best resumes in the company. Short of streaming experience, her portfolio and skills were perfectly suited for hololive. They would have been crazy to pass her up, especially with as small of an applicant pool they would have had at the time

Talking about the incredibly warm reception she got from Holo made me remember when she admitted she almost didn't even make it a month. How different things would be. I'm sure she would have found some other success, but not nearly as much or with as much happiness. And it's a success she's spread to her friends and family. Several lives improved because she stuck it out and found her groove.
The past collabs show Myth still have their bond. It may not appear in every stream on the screen, but these girls care about each other. Mori found a good group that accepts her for her. The sense of belonging she's always deserved, and she loves these girls to bits. Then she (and we) were fortunate enough to get Council and even more goodness.

While the last part is a bit hard to guess from initial interview, everything else is an insanely fitting skillset.
