The clique formed way before they all joined Nijisanji and Elira was the anchor of the group back then. She is still a sort of informal "leader" which is why some people call it "Elira's clique". However, Elira is usually smart enough not to engage in stupid behavior - unlike Enna who is the Bitch Prime of the clique. So some poeple call it "Enna's clique".
