BR can only reach Brazil and MAYBE some Latin America and Portugal. Indonesia has high GDP growth and talents are multicultural that also know Japanese and English.

We'd see HoloES, HoloRU or HoloKR first. And that's assuming we see more branches even open. Honestly covers already got the only two markets that really matter, expanding anywhere else would be an unnecessary risk. Every other market it is either too small (KR, DE, FR) or too poor (BR, ES) to be a safe/obvious choice.

If I was in Covers shoes, I'd hire a Russian and some variety of Spanish speaker (probably an actual Spaniard since that's the variety of Spanish I like the sound of most) to test the waters, then decide based on their reception whether opening a formal Branch in that reason is actually worth the effort, and if so how big it should be.
