I just lurk here. And even then the extend of my experience doesn't go beyond checking the horny posts and the rrats. Sometimes i dive in some of the miscellany threads or whichever thread seens interesting enough.
No global threads. No appreciation threads.
Is the vtuber experience cursed to eventually be degraded into simple shit and coomer posting with no actual connection to the streamers themselves? What happened to the fiery passion I used to have when i first discovered hololive last year? What am I missing here, and when did I lose it?

I went through something similar around the time /vt/ was made and took a break for a month.

I don't get why some of you people treat watching streams as this arduous thing. You can just have them on in the background while doing other shit. It's not like tv or comics where it requires your full attention.

Talking with other anons with ADD, I've noticed a common trend of really disliking background noise while focusing on other tasks.
I either give something either my full attention or practically none at all, to the point that I wouldn't even follow what was happening in the stream.

I never really watched vtubers until EN came out. I watched a bit of everyone's stream. Only one I really liked was Ame. I watch Ina occasionally, but only when she does interesting draw streams or minecraft.

What? I'm not op but I get what he meant. I've been watching vtuber since pre-gen3 days when Aqua and Ayame had 1-2k viewers and Subaru had 3 digits. Vtuber just isn't that fun anymore, stirring up drama and shitting on niji is still fun though that's why I'm still here.
