Yes, she is, in fact, a smart person who knows what to do. This wrecks the immersion because you know she's not genuine.
When I watch Pippa or many other people - I see a human being, even if I understand that this is a persona, not how they actually are. When I see different controversies - it makes me understand that they are still fallible humans with problems like pride, detachment from reality, and so on. When I see a Fauna clip - I get exactly the most marketable version of what I could have expected. She should have a pride version because she's like a company mascot.
