Man hololive gives you warped perspective and that includes Kiara. Her numbers are the worst of her gen by a hair but she punches way above her weight in superchats. Coco and Kiara seem to have a similar role behind the scenes and sometimes on stream as well.
Both have to deal with a lot of harrasment and antis (even before the Zhang attacked Coco had these) but are constantly emotionally supporting others.

Everyone likes big numbers but subs aren't the only number to look at.
Sub count usually show how much of a reach you have. Kiara and Ina have the smallest reach in EN but they have the deepest reach for their fans. I guess you can call them tall rather than wide.
Even though she gets low live viewers compared to her peers, she gets more fan interactions/fanart and she has pretty good VOD views. She is punching way above her weight and I'm not even talking about her absurd superchat numbers.
I think Kiara would feel terrible like how she felt at the start if she didn't become successful thanks to how she never gives up even when she is at her lowest

You're not, you don't have to watch literally every thing by her. You have this idea in your head that a watch along replaced a karaoke or drawing, but that's sort of an ill founded logic. The reality is that watch alongs are a low effort way that allows her to be close with and bond to her community. I don't say low effort as a negative term, in fact I think it's a positive because in letting her relax we can get to see another side of her and enjoy a more intimate time with her. The movie serves as the conduit through which that bonding takes place. She asks what we think about something happening, or sees something and talks about what she thinks or something it reminded her of, through these events we get bits that we might not otherwise get. Her asking if she could snuggle up to us when she was tired during the movie watch along is still one of the cutest things she's ever done, and that isn't something we'd get in a karaoke or drawing stream.
