HoloPH is long overdue. There's no reason not to have a Filipino branch if they can support an Indonesian branch. Filipinos are richer and there are a lot more popular indie Filipino vtubers.

The main benefit of HoloPH would be like HoloID where a market of multilingual speakers with low cost of living are able to produce content for richer markets.
