My oshi only streams once or twice a week due to having a full-time job, so it's pretty easy to keep up.

I only watch the New Vegas streams and whatever collab she comes up while in Japan nowadays.

I watch as much as I can. I prefer to watch from start to finish, so will often watch the vod instead of live if she starts her streams before I am awake, which is most of the time because I am in one of the worst timezones for watching JP. I watch around 95% of her stuff, skipping things I just cannot care about, even if she is involved. I do this for 2-3 others as well, but closer to 70% of their stuff.
As for your screenshot, youtube will show something as fully watched if you tune in for even a second while it's live.
