My suggestion was for the to create their own website that would host all their videos.
That website could be a place for streams that Youtube wouldn't allow, and it could also coordinate the vtuber across all multimedia platforms. Twitter, youtube, rumble, twitch, instagram.....etc. it all links to the central hub of the website.

Having such a website would give them much greater survivability if these platforms start going down. They won't lose their entire tweet archive or their entire video archive, and their fans will always be updated and know where to find them. It also means they'll be less obedient to Youtube's arbitrary content rules and they can do some streams they want to do.

I think it would be a GREAT long term investment to have such a website. It would keep the entire company stable.

There are new open-source tools such as the LBRY network that allows you to set up a livestreaming website really easily, companies such as Odysee or Peertube have been doing this. Also donations they get on the website wouldn't come with the 30% tax youtube takes which is very nice.

And who knows, maybe the website can become a business in its own right. They can host videos from other people for a fee and it can grow and become a real platform.
A good example of this is Nick Fuentes who got completely banned from Youtube and social media, so he set up his own streaming website using open-source tools, and then started hosting more and more people, and now his website is a real business of its own.
