You can't be a leader unless you're successful. Gura is a leader because she shows how to succeed as a holo. It's other ENs who aren't following her approach that end up having issues. The one that primarily does is Fauna, and she's the second most successful EN (maybe contested with Ina).
And you're crazy if you think several JPs don't like Gura the most. We already have Okayu confirmed, and Pekora only invited one EN to her anniversary live who was Gura. There are several others who like her, but obviously can't get that close because of the language barrier, they can still admire and respect her though. I've been thinking for a while, I would love if Cover were to make their own streaming site for its talents. I know the cost/maintenance would be ridiculously expensive and they would lose untold numbers of normies during the migration, but it would be so much better.
