They were never looking for pure stremers that just not how holo operates although there are pure stremers on jp side (pekora,miko, subaru) who are VERY successful but they are abnormal in all of YouTube and cannot be replicated on the en side especially in an already saturated one, holo always have had focus on making "content creators" rather then "stremers" all the freedom shitters do not realise that holos probably have the most freedom of all the companies but only some really utilise it
