Magni's bossfight would be all about parrying potions he throws at you back at him. In his second phase, he starts throwing healing potions and situational buffs to bait you into restoring his health.

Him and Vesper were the two most difficult, the other boys at least have some element to their design where you could figure out how they would function and fight in a battle. With Vesper it was the issue of what kind of magic would he be proficient in with a rapier and with Flayon it's the issue of him being reliant on his mecha. I still haven't done Shinri, Hakka and Bettel though, but I'm guessing they'll be a lot easier to figure out once I get into the nitty-gritty of their design

Vesper has spells he busts out if you're attacking him from a range but has a more limited and predictable melee moveset when you're in his face. His rapier attacks are fast but more predictable and telegraphed.

Axel is fast and hits like a truck but you can cheese him with ranged attacks as long as you're able to avoid his literal chain grab and know to dodge roll his leaping charge. All of his specials can't be parried and he recovers fast when you parry his normal attack animations.

Altare is the fastest and most annoying to fight but is the weakest to put down in his first phase. His mixups make him hard to parry and dodge properly because he'll bait you into certain movements but if you can land any heavy attacks he staggers pretty easily. This goes out the window in phase 2 when can't be staggered easily and all of his attacks have a trailing follow up attack that makes dodge roll timing much tighter.

Magni is a full-on gimmick fight where he lobs bombs and statuses at you the entire fight while you fight through hordes of his creations. The fight is easy if you have the crowd control and aoe to deal with waves but if you're very single target focused you'll have a hard time not getting overwhelmed by numbers.
