It's a very common phenomenon for larger internet personalities to say that they genuinely have no friends because they either become jaded and think every interaction as potential content, see everyone who reaches out to them as wanting something in return, or push others away because others don't fit their idea of an actual friend, see: bigger youtubers, meta chasing youtubers, big >twitch streamers, etc
