I genuinely think Hachi is a better singer than Suisei because how much more versatile she is. She doesn't just sing in the same tone every time.

Concerning Tama's new song's lyrics I am a bit unsure how to interpret it.
She does not seem to have written according to the song descriptions, but it seems to fit into a more general theme of her songs and she may have made some input.

One of her previous song was about a form of encouragement and being there.
It seems to have been closes to her own feelings as she uses it for her stream ending and had a positive message.

One thing she will have to put a stronger focus on in the future if she wants to have memorable songs which boost her own popularity is for her to spend more effort on the lyrics in the future, to send out her own message with strong emotions.
The stronger the emotion and the message, the stronger the effect will be.

I will try to interpret this song based on the assumption it had input from Tama.
She lived a fake life based on expectations from society until a miracle happened and the fear of death made her chose her own path of being a singer.
She is unsure of her own existence, but music allows her to create miracles and can change her to become a vessel for her dream.

This is the part I don't get starting from "Can you here me?"
By the way this should be corrected to "Can you hear me?" (here = location, hear = listen)

An advice I read for writers is to imagine their target audience when they are writing.
For example imagine you are writing to a friend who is similar to you.
It can be anything, but you have to decide who your audience is and focus on them.

This audience will manifest and answer to those messages.


In this song Tama is asking for an observer to decide the reason for her existence, but she already found her life purpose of being a singer.
Is the question then about what her message as a singer should be and who she should target with it?

If this is really a question from Tama herself and not a creation for the song, then it's a difficult question, and not something she should ask an observer.
It's something she has to decide herself, because if it doesn't come from inside, then her resolve will be weaker.
The message has to resonate with her own beliefs and life experiences for it to generate a strong obsession and power of manifestation.

It's also a bit strange that I feel a bit targeted by this message.
That's probably just a coincidence and my own bias.

Is she trying to recover the acknowledgement and support of some of her previous supporters?
What has been broken once can never return to its initial state.
There are ways to create miracles, but it's easier to create something new built on the mistakes of the past.

Her obsession is exceptional.
She once said that she remembers people who watch her singing and gaming streams a few years ago while she was talking about different people watching different things and how she was observing this.
I can imagine she remembers every single person who interacted with her in her chat and comment section.
We are probably partially the reason she decided to increase the frequency of her singing streams, because this was the only way for her to see some of her fans and she saw it made some fans happy.

I once asked her in a video's comment what the source of her obsession was a few years ago, and she unexpectedly answered my question in a nico stream.
At that time her answer gave me despair and made me leave Hololive during the storm full of management failures and betrayals.
I was saved accidentally by a person who was weaker than me.
At that time she feared being disliked and this was one of her main sources for her obsession.

I learned later that the person didn't matter, what was important was the message, and being a messenger had meaning.
I missed what happened after that to Sora.
She may have conquered her previous fear and I hope this is the case.
It seems many vtubers from Hololive had personal development arcs while i was not watching.
I am still not sure how Sora really feels about this fear of being disliked and what changed inside her mind.
She reproduced the past miracle in one of her last live streaming events before her live, as if to say that nothing changed and things can be like before.
She got my attention again with this, but as expected things can't go back to how they were before so easily.

A greater miracle is still needed. One which can erase all the negative events from the past, and restart the story on a healthier basis without fear corrupting real intents.

A quick check through shows those are probably the main ones to hit other then Suisei's official one, though if you want another girl like Chima who's fairly popular, she has a fan Discord as well. Most of the vsinger related servers have an "affiliated servers" or similar channel which has links to a bunch of other vsingers, though the big semi-official Holo ones tend to only link other Holo ones in my experience. The Hachi server called the Hachi Hive is a pretty good hub, though I don't know if that's the one you joined through that vanity link or not.

It's technically March 2nd for me to have our export up on the wiki, but I need to convert, trim, and then use a specific software to port these into PES, which I have never used. I've heard it can be a bit tricky to use and get it working well, especially for first timer who doesn't know what they are doing.
I don't want this to interfere with my work week again if possible, but I'll probably be able to accept through the 28th at the latest. But my real preference here is if anons could aim for submitting something within 48 hours or so (basically, Sunday,) it would be massively appreciated.

I actually talked to the staff at woo audio and they recommended against me switching from hd650s to hd800s for what my purposes are. Essentially I was told that the 800s were going to give a much more true, or neutral, sound, which wouldn't necessarily make music more pleasant to listen to. I'm actually on my second pair of hd650s now. My first ones broke after about 6 or 7 years of constant use.

I've never tried them on a tube amp so I can't speak from that perspective. As far as specs go the Clears are a good upgrade from the 650s as they have a similar sound signature but in a whole other price range so I'd only consider them if you can get a good deal on them. They are heavy especially compared to the 650s but I find the pads make up for it, they're extremely comfortable to me while the 650s felt fatiguing to wear over time. I'd have to give my 650s a relisten to compare but I'm not autistic enough about headphones to articulate a proper comparison unfortunately. Overall I just find the Clears a lot more enjoyable to listen to. Worth noting the Clear Mg are different to the original I use.

Were you not able to try them yourself in store at the very least? The 650s are neutral too just on the warmer side. You could have always EQ'd them. That being said I imagine the staff would know a lot better than I do since they weren't upselling.

Thanks for the details. I always worked with woo audio online so I never tried anything before buying and relied on reviews. But to your point, since they weren't upsetting when I had money to spend, I'm sure they did it for a good reason.
