I typed holo instead of the name of the girl's company in a superchat out of habit and sent it before proofreading it, she read the message like normal because I was one of her usual chatters and then stopped when she got to that part, she went quiet for a second and then she said something like "you know I'm not in hololive, right?"
I simply closed the stream out of embarrasment and in the next days unsubbed and even blocked the channel so it wouldn't appear on my recommended and I wouldn't be reminded of my stupidity
A few weeks later I went back to the vod and looked at the moment again, I still cringed but I also noticed that her reaction wasn't really as bad as I remembered so I decided to leave a comment apologizing for it which she quickly hearted, so I decided to unblock the channel and resubscribe because I realized that my fuckup wasn't her fault
After that I no longer put any messages on my superchats and I only comment the bare minimum

I just cant take the loud obnoxious screaming and rants and coomer jokes anymore. She always yelled about not wanting coomers in her chat, but her sense of humor says otherwise. I still pop in on occasion just to see if anything has changed... of course it never does.
Actually she's in the process of getting yet another model soon (I think this is number 4 save for several joke models) and she's only been streaming about 2 years now. I don't think anyone has the heart to tell her it isn't the model(s) that turns people away, it's her and her chat.
Constantly wish I could fix it and get her back to that 3view status she had in her early days of streaming, though I don't think that will ever happen. She's highly objective towards anyone offering her help even though she desperately needs it.

I barely had any real interaction with her off stream honestly. She'd message me privately about my reasons for banning someone or telling me I didn't have to ban someone, but when you're playing a souls game you undoubtedly are going to have to ban someone.
