I wonder if people still remember when Mori was also known as Calliope-sensei. Pretty sure in her debut she wanted to stream Japanese lessons and English lessons before she found out she doesn't have permissions to stream the Japanese language learning site. The Japanese audience viewed her favourably and mostly agreed that she had the aura of a teacher because of her simple and slow pronunciation of words. It only took until the Minecraft collab stream where it's proven that she was a teacher for children. It also explains her maternal tendencies towards kids in video games as well. If it were me, I would rather have chat call her sensei if they really wanted a non-gfe rp since it would at least be in lore but Im guessing they all forgot about it or never watched her before she dropped scythe swinging. I've kind of rationalized the Takamori stuff that it is poorly acted but it's fitting. They're supposed to be a pair of immortal beings. Kiara flies in the face of everything Mori works for, even with the nice moments there is always that underlying frustration. Kiara is obnoxious but lovably persistent because Mori is meant to be the one thing she can always rely on. They are friends because of their unique bond, in-character and in real life.

Everything else you said about Mori seems true. She is very honest and open about what she likes, dislikes, seeks. It's pretty easy to get a good idea of what kind of person she is and I wish more people were like her. Though that would also make her less unique.

I've been working on a doujin electronics project for a retro computer platform for near two and a half years now. Since then, and after getting into HL and Mori, and especially since the release of Heads, I realized that, hey I'm not dead. I'm surviving. I never cared about money with this project before and I always loved doing it. You can't succeed without making sacrifices and pushing yourself further than you want to go.

I decided to say fuck it and send a prototype with a friend to Japan a little while back, now a fairly large retro PC store in Akiba wants 20 of them, I have to make twice as many as I originally intended to. Getting that DM was the happiest day of my life.

Do your reps. Fucking do them, no matter how hard it hurts, no matter what you have to do to get what you want done. Do them. You'll get there and live the dream.
