I think an important part to remember in all this is that Covers cut of supas and memberships are tiny.
They aren't how the company is paid.
The company is paid via licensing, advertising, guest appearances, etc.
Supas and memberships are how the talent is paid.

Gura and Ina had problems with management but it appears that it's slowly getting resolved. If they had given up on their job and were planning for an August graduation they wouldn't keep telling fans they have long term plans. Ina used to sound like she had depression but after returning from her radio silent break she has been more optimistic. There is always the possibility of negotiations going badly again but the 3D debuts and recent GFE merch suggest that deals are getting made. We might not see any major changes until the summer or fall but I believe something will happen that will retroactively explain the strange events in holoEN.
