Has anyone considered the middle ground of "you are whatever it says on your ID"? That way you can't ever be legally wrong. You don't have to heed to new pronouns after 5 seconds of coming out, but if they managed to legally change it, then you've really got no legal standing. I don't know the percentages of trans people that have changed their IDs, but that should be the main goal of theirs, shouldn't it? Also, 'troon' sounds cooler than some might think, 'zippertits' probably insults them way more.
