She's not a good person and most people can see it. She always plays the victim. She doesn't do much to support anyone unless she's gaining from it. All she has is KFP and they aren't throwing money at her like they used to. Most the other girls all have multiple fanbases watching them. It's why Fauna can get a ccv of over 10k driving a truck or playing Minecraft and Kiara can't pull those kinds of views without it being a collab. You can't even use Kiara's stream times as an excuse because she's not doing any better in Japan. 1 year anniversary stream, besides constantly bursting out over gura's song: there's an often overlooked moment when they go on the stage to do SSS at the end. everyone else lines up to the sides, because they know ame is the "center" she always has been since before debut. meanwhile kiara bee-lines straight for the center mic, you don't hear ame say it, but you hear kiara's response when shes asked to move off to another spot. setting aside that ame has been classified as the center, and she put in all the work and money to set up the collab: she is holding the camera and CLEARLY needs to stand in the middle to get the good angle.

Kiara’s high-pitched, heavy German accent is on the other hand very real, as is her ESL predilection to patch up missing vocabulary with cursing like a sailor. Her fake voice is really nasal. It has gotten better recently but even in her chitchat stream from January 20 you can still clearly listen to it. It's a shame she will never go back to the voice she used in her first 4 streams (her roommate voice) because that was a lovely talking and singing voice. During /JP/ times there was a list of catbox files with her roommate's singing and anons had so many nice comments about it (Finding You being her absolute best singing. As a normal person with semi normal friends (as normal as you can while still watching vtubers and streamers) it came down to a few things as to why they didn't stick around.
Her timezones
Her long streams
The voice

I've suggested it to her that she stream less and break up streams to service more timezones (like stream at 7am her time once in a while) and then another stream at maybe 5pm for the usuals but she really hasn't done it despite saying she'd consider it.

There's no helping the chicken voice at this point. She can slowly phase it out but I doubt she'd like that.
