The whole mess of events was a shitshow but at the end of the day it was Coco's own decision to leave - which I think was a mistake in the end personally.

A lot of her content was reliant on collabs and she was seen as sort of a reason for the en branch existing since she had a lot of eops she naturally attracted but was unable to stream with any en. Iirc, and I may be wrong, but she only got to stream with one after she said she was graduating.
Everything about the incident was poorly handled and it was honestly sad how nobody else would speak up on her behalf aside from haachama who shouldered the blame and took it extremely personally when coco graduated.
There wasn't really anything that management did to show support for her or even give her the slightest help. They brushed her under the rug to try to soften relations with china and in the end all it accomplished was them losing both her and hololive
