I believe that this would also help to alleviate your worries that the smut part will just feel tacked on. If you wholly trust your partner and set it up right, the sex becomes not just a part of the story but is integral to how they express their love and trust in each other. Have Reine stumble a few more times during it, and make Kiara catch her, Reine coming stronger and more asservative with each time.
Maybe its just me, but with the kind of set-up you have given, this isnt a wild, drunken 100% horny one-night stand; its a cute session of love-making and during such communication is important.
By the end of it, Reine will be able to kiss Kiara full of confidence, because she finally reached her dream of sexing wawa. Sex with Kiara isnt only tacked on, it becomes an integral part of Reines growth and she cant move forward and become fully self-realized without it.

Difficult Question. As much as I like Reine I cant really remember seeing her react much to spicy content that goes beyond kisses and if she approves or not.
In general, I would say that you are on the right track, I have the impression that girls prefer emotional, soft and wholesome sex over mindless rawdogging.
Might just be me, but I think Reine doesnt strike me as someone who uses a lot of toys. For all the jokes about her sex dungeon, all she has is probably a dildo she is too embarrassed to use often. Just to give examples, here are who I am/was membered to and their general content:
Ame (current): Uses a community tab as a blog for her weird hobbies. Does the occasional unarchived karaoke. Gives occasional previews of upcoming stuff, but very vaguely.
Mori (current): Used to be watchalongs and karaoke, recently it has been more chill gaming or chatting streams. Used to do 3 streams a month but recently it has been a rare stream when she has time. Also does monthly wallpapers.
Gura (cancelled): Occasional blogposts and chatting streams. Sometimes there'd be a karaoke but not often. Dropped my membership because of how inactive she is, but the content is decent.
Kiara (got it gifted once): A fair amount of gaming streams, usually games and genres she doesn't do on stream. Quantity seemed to be below Reine at her peak, but still significant.

Also, I'll drop some info on the JPs I'm membered to to comparison.
Towa (current): Extremely rare streams, sometimes chatting streams or letting us in on upcoming things. She's done two watchalongs in my year of membership. Other than that she does monthly wallpapers.
Kanata (current): A lot of watchalongs, mostly doing anime series. Some chatting streams. Monthly wallpapers.

Compared to Reine who, until quite recently, did weekly membership streams including watchalongs, previews for upcoming stuff, and karaoke streams.
If someone joined this month or last month I could understand them thinking she doesn't offer much to members, but on the whole she's pretty active with her members.

More likely they'd rent an existing space, but the ID girls don't do a huge amount of work that REALLY requires a studio. It's way cheaper to have the girl have their own set up and hire out a studio when they need it.
And if it's a really important official thing it doesn't take that long to get from Indonesia to Japan, so Cover would probably prefer they go to Japan for a few days for recording in their studio than hire one just for ID.

Also Cover are planning on building a new studio this year along with getting a new building so there'll be more available studio space for people to use, rather than their current set up of converted office rooms.

That was 2 and a half days ago Anon (55 Hours ago). We got 1 Hour, 49 minutes, and 54 seconds of Pavonashi, and it was very one sided from Kiara's part.
