They are creating approximately 1.5 million shares, bringing the total amount of shares to around 60 million shares.

12.7m shares of the 60m are secondary offerings. Which are shares held by Cover's earlier investors that were previously not for resale. With the new offering, the 12.7m can now be resold with the 1.5m will be created.

Approximately 23% of the company will be held externally from Cover now. Which is the percentage required to be listed on that specific exchange.
