My descriptions don't flow out as well and I'm always second guessing my dialogue. My sentences feel more mediocre compared to what I used to put out, and I don't feel like the scene I envision in my head is being accurately depicted. Not to mention, the speed at which I put out the words has dropped significantly as well. At this point I don't know what to do besides rereading my old works and seeing what I did better so I can attempt to copycat myself

Looking at your old works for inspiration is a good idea, but don't try and copycat yourself because you'll get stuck in the idea that the old you is "better".
I believe that the speed you put out words dropping is directly caused by the the attention you're putting on on the perceived lack of quality elsewhere. Based on the all-encompassing reach of your failings, if I had to take a stab at it, I'd say you might be a tad afraid of putting out something of worse quality than what you're used to.
My advice is to accept the fact that you may fail, and stop being afraid of it, because being afraid of failure will in turn cause you to fail. That's easier said than done, but I guarantee you'll feel better after you finish your writing.
