As a viewer it's significantly mentally easier for me to spend money on buying my Oshi gifts than just doing flat cash donations. A donation just goes into their pocket among all the other bills, a gift feels something more practical and personal.

I think it would be the case for many other poverty viewers too. $10 is nothing in terms of cash for most first world chuubas, so it feels worthless to even bother donating. But turn that into an item and its completely the opposite. Its material. So do you think that chuubas could manage their gifting places as donation places instead, just put on a variety donation size gifts there and just don't buy them after and pocket the money? It sounds scummy, but as long as you don't tell anyone theres no harm? What are your ethical thoughts on that? You can make sound arguments to change your mind on not buying something anyway that aren't just flat lying too.

Also are shipping fees listed are accurate? Or do they just keep the excess?
