Comparing Myth with Council seems pretty unfair. Add IRyS to Council and you get arguably one of the best gens in all of Hololive, not just En, in all Hololive.
The only gen which has a chance at being better than CouncilRyS rn in terms of chemistry and how much they bounce of each other is Gen 5. Gen 1 and 2 are so-so and Gamers is ok. Gen 3 fell apart for a lot of people after Rushia's incident and gen 4 has been reduced to Towa and her sidekicks. Gen 6 would initially be at the top for me if it weren't for fucking Laplus kissing goodbye to streaming. The reason gen 5 and CouncilRyS are at the top is because gen 5 lost Aloe at the beginning which unironically helped the girls to get along better. And Sana never really had good chemistry with anyone in Council besides Kronii. Yes not even Fauna. Although I feel IRyS-Sana would be pretty based if we are going off the stream we got between the two of them.

Whenever she collabs with council members, the stream becomes 10x more entertaining. Just watch the Hostbar Collab on Bae's channel and compare it to this shit. They didn't even have Mumei and yet that stream seemed more complete. Also,. I the only one or did Ame actually get along better with Council in that stream?
Anyways, IRyS, Fauna, Mumei and Bae themselves are pretty entertaining and funny and regardless of what you feel about Kronii, you can't deny she becomes one of the most entertaining people to watch when IRyS/Mumei/Fauna are there.

If the debate is about gens as a whole, 5 still beats out Council in my book. Up until the the last costume, due to time issues, Gen 5 did everything together. Outfit and accessory reveals, announcements, group covers for their anniversary, etc. They are also the only gen, including EN and ID, who all chose the same outfit style for their 4th-fes design. Add on their full group collabs every month or two, and always making sure all 4 of them can make it, and they still feel like the best full group. Also
