No, a lot of NIJIKEKS unironically started comparing the Holo cover with the Niji original song claiming ICHIKARA superiority or something when Diamond city lights curve stomped Country Roads initially, which instead made anons and EOPs who didn't knew about the song flock to the HoloEN Cover en masse because numberfagging and also because music, also the HoloALT PV made people check the official channels for answers and in turn, made them discover some of the content they tend to completely avoid due to the language barrier, which in turn just makes views explode.

Or the specific language channels shouldn't even exist. Just upload everything on the main Hololive channel to increase exposure. Both the ID song and Country Roads should have been on the main Hololive channel.
