Enna has done such a massive laundry list of terrible shit that it's actually not possible to list it in a single post. Instead, let's talk generalities.

Enna has a superiority complex and a need to see herself as superior to other people. A lot of her mental and behavioral issues come from this.
1) Enna has a history of hating otaku (as she has said) and would ritualistically shit on them all the time in casual conversation. Because of this, she has absolutely zero respect for the anime community, or the vtubing community.
2) Enna was hired through nepotism, knows nothing about anime or vtubers, and is basically treating the entire thing as a big joke. So she often ruins her coworkers kayfabe because she doesn't care enough to play a character. She only cares about using Nijisanji to promote her music career and meet music producers.
3) Enna is incredibly lazy. On her recent stream she told us that she dropped out of music school because it was too much work. Never puts in the effort to fix mistakes in her songs, and prefers to be very lazy and scuffed. And she's extremely lazy at her vtubing job. She streams less than anyone else in the branch and is often eating on stream and letting chat backseat her through everything.
4) Enna is a hypergamous female. In general she cozies up to males she thinks of as "strong" (Luca, Hex) and shits on males she thinks of as "weak" (Mysta, Ver). This is also why she loves shitting on her fans, because she sees them as fat otaku. The NTR collab arc with Kyo was simply her being malicious to the omega-males (her chat) while flirting with what passes for an alpha-male (Kyo).

As a yume and fujo I can tell you anon it's because women do get away with worse shit. If they do or say bad shit it's usually chalked up to hormones and shrugged under unironic "woman moment". Take everything insane about unicorns and multiply it for yumejos: the parasocial, the NTR feeling, everything.
Fujos are bad too, but I've never had issues with other fujos and at most fights over ships happen (at least that was back in the day, zoomers and some late millenial fujos are as bad as yumejos) and at the end of the day we know the ship is not real and just like the porn.
