Any semi-competent game designer would've jumped onto the opportunity to introduce a series of choices into those 1.5 hours that it takes the game to get to the sorting process which would use player's decisions to put him in the house that fits him. However, since these developers have been making nothing but soulless Disney licensed shit since 2006. There isn't a single passionate person on that team, and judging by the skin tone of all the characters in Hogwarts the majority of the development process was outsourced to pajeets.
