The contracts are 2 years long right? This year the two year anniveraries are happening, the earliest waves are probably in negotiations right about now. After the anniversaries we'll know if any of them decided to leave.
In Luxiem there are a few contenders. Shu, Mysta, or Vox. In Noctyx maybe you'll see Alban or Sonny.

As for the girls, the lower-view one are a perpetual risk. Particularly Reimu and Petra. But I think the bigger ones could be poached by Hololive, it depend on how unhappy they are with their current management. Realistically if there was one it'd be "millie yab part 2" where they actually-do something about it. Either millie herself is announced as suspended (which she isn't currently stated as but has not been streaming since the incident), or they figured out the identity of others who were talking shit in that stream and went after them in public.
