If I had no choice but to, I wouldn't use such obvious strawmen or rip the exact words of haters straight out of their rrat posts. Call /vt/keks time-wasters who'll never amount to anything, cause that's what they are, and then call any deflection cope. Address the irony of 4ch as a 'serious posting board', do research, ask oldfag posters who left on their experience, etc.
Make fun of them without giving them any power, basically. Easier said than done, but that's the only way, really.

Instead of a stream make it a compilation of discord messages instead, where all the texts that mention a liver have that liver as a profile pic but with something to barely hide it (A bag on the head, a shitty blur, whatever) and with that liver reading the text with a voice changer.
After that setup, just make the posts way more ridiculous, and make no mention of 4chan, or at least use a funny bootleg name, like NoChins or something.
