The pilot is already finished. Wish I was allowed to give an update on the show but that's classified. There was this joke of a Maya vtuber stream with the official VA but this will most likely never take off.

Before I go, I want to highlight some great Dutch PNG streamers that are basically VTuber level. They all speak Dutch though but are worth checking out if you like more unorthodox Dutch content on Twitch

Since the succes of Pizzakoe and retteketetovenkroket at the annual Dutch Stream Awards, more people are starting to create these PNGtubers in The Netherlands. I think the correlation to food is just a coincidence.

The Twitch scene in the Netherlands for Dutch speaking streamers is very scarce anyway. There are relatively more viewers than streamers compared to other countries so it's actually funny they all relate to food. I didn't even realize it until you said it.

Most Vtubers in The Netherlands that stream in english actively mimic the known formula of having an anime-esque model. Most of them don't even use their Dutch nationality as a way to market themselves to the Dutch audience. Besides Nina doing a virtual tour through the Netherlands, I can't think of one traditional Dutch Vtuber even showing remote interest in having a Dutch audience or talk about The Netherlands. A shame really.
