Twitter? Because they get a shit ton of bot followers and not the paid kind. I get 3-4 bot followers just by posting a tweet with a Vtuber tag, I imagine it magnitude worse for an actual Vtuber. YouTube? Not sure.

Other companies seem to be doing ok though.
Njisanji getting tons of interaction on their tweets and they were almost completely unaffected by CCVID. Meanwhile Pekora, Suisei, Lamy and other holos getting constantly shadowbanned for no reason. Same on youtube.

People keep saying any downturn must be Shadowbanning.

The truth is Youtube doesn't give enough shits to shadowban, unless a channel is actually posting serious redpills that go against the interests of the elite, it is not shadowbanned.

A quick look through their content shows why: They actually cite studies which prove that a lot of the legacy media leftism is a massive grift. And elites don't like that, so they put limiters in place to prevent channels that do this from ever going "too viral".

At absolute worse, they might shadowban Pippa. But probably not.
