From what I can tell it doesn't really react to commas at all, if you do .. or ... the 3 dot ellipses will be a longer pause, ? and ! sometimes seems to affect the way it says a line, but that might be confirmation bias because sometimes it doesn't generate any inflection off them. Getting a good generation is more about hitting the button 5 or 6 times and praying than anything else.
