It's kind of amazing how Selen has basically carved out her own place in NijiEN. Elira may be the defacto founder of the branch, but Selen is the protagonist. If management had any sense, they'd just let Selen be in charge of the entire operation. However, I don't think she'd do it because it'd mean less free time to play games.

I wouldn't be surprised if Selen does go on to manage a vtuber company, or something of the like. She has good sense and skill for it
