Prefacing this with the fact that it's obviously fine if people disagree, but I think these monumental First Take and concert successes are the result of Suisei going all in on being a VTuber singer. She never once split her efforts or hedged her bets like Mori has (which isn't necessarily bad), but went all-in on making Hoshimachi Suisei into a success and hit the jackpot by betting on that image and voice she trained.
