I think the closest you could accomplish would be saying/acting how you don't like your fans in a Dethklok sort of way rather than trying to get anybody to actually dislike you, because chuubing is so low effort as a whole that despite literally being an anime character, nobody's going to get that it's just an act and they're going to think of you as a Keemstar wannabe

The reason why there aren't any "heel" chuubas is because there aren't any genuine heels around. Closest thing to a "true" heel around is MJF and people don't hate him, rather the find is asshole personality endearing. I can name many examples of “heels” outside the wrestling world like LTG, Andrew Tate, and some other streamers like Tyler1 (before his ban). Controversy is an easy way to go viral but nobody chooses to do it because nobody has the balls in the vtuber space (the closest is probably Pippa but that’s mostly her fanbase making people hate her). People are more willing to watch someone they hate than you think.

We actually have one really obvious face/heel group that's /here/: The Southside. The core theming of the group is that Rummy and Coqui are the lovable scamp sort of gang members while Krimbo is the huge, gross oaf of a rival that they constantly get the upper hand on. Now between Southside becoming more of a Twitch team, Rummy rarely streaming, Coqui and Meat becoming their own thing, and Krimbo diluting his image by focusing on Deadend, this isn't really true anymore.

This is to a much lesser extent compared to what's been mentioned, but whenever anons say they want more chuubas with strong kayfabe playing characters, I think about how anons complained that Takako was a bitch even though she's clearly playing a "stereotypical tsundere" character.
