Personality. There are to many Vtubers as it is you need to be able to stand on more then just your rig. This doesn't mean be fake people pick up on that shit exaggerate things about your personality sure but faking is not great.

Let's throw some carny wrasslong terms in this since they apply. The rig, game being played, content you are making is the draw the thing you need to get butts in the seats. Once the butts are in the seats though you need to give them a reason to keep coming back to watch you because your gimmick is going to get tired after a time.
