Is there a good way to have pictures from behind without the subject turning to look at you? They work fine though, but could just be that I've only downloaded a handful of good ones. My first embeds were complete shit too and LoRA training seems to be a bit more complicated with tagging and fiddling with training values. You also need to adjust your CFG and LoRA weight to get a good balance for your output. I have like 30 in my folder, mostly artist styles and a few concepts, same with hypernets, and a bunch of character embeds from last year. I guess the people who like collecting LoRAs are more likely to post about it too.

there are at least two other anons using it now, one I know outside of vtai as well, and they noticed that the default combination of good_shit + the SD 1.5 VAE + "masterpiece" and the NovelAI negatives in the "default" prompt - are prone to making VERY deep fried looking images.
I went back to the colab notebook and made it download the NovelAI VAE by default, but I think the configuration/settings it copies over from my Drive before it starts webui are still looking for the SD 1.5 VAE. it can't find it, so you have no VAE loaded
speaking of which, that reminds me that I need to fuck with a LOT of stuff in that notebook. don't re-copy it until I come back and say something about it being new/improved for whatever reason.

yep. I'm considering changing the model it loads by default, but I'm not sure what to. that'd also mean deleting either good_shit.ckpt or SecretSauce from my throwaway drive, because it only has space for two whole models. can't connect it to my Google One enabled "main" for the extra space, I don't want the two definitively associated in any way...

Thanks for the list.I've downloaded a bunch of loras too but forgotten which ones are even good or not, though in my experience artist ones especially tend to be a bit iffy. Not that they don't look like the artist but that they have a tendency to overpower everything else

One thing I've noticed is that you can have multiple loras/hypernetworks/embeds that all work fune on their own but when combined create blurriness, deepfrying, or just general ugliness. The fact that every one of them can also have their strength adjusted individually makes it really hard to find the optimal settings for combining them

yeah, that's one way to go about it I guess. base NAI negatives aren't super fantastic even on good_shit, not just other mixes, nor is "masterpiece" a very good idea. it deepfries even harder than what you see now on the colab when I use my own model mixes...

anyways, I updated some stuff. there's a toggle box for using "localtunnel" - localtunnel is fucking broken right now, so don't use it, but when it WAS working, it re-enabled the progress bar and previews for me ;_;

also, the console output in the notebook will show "Connected" with a little green checkmark and green text for progress updates while images generate copied from TheLastBen's notebook

and it uses rsync to copy the embeddings and model when you first start it up - for the embeddings - that shows you all of their names - for the model - it shows a progress bar, which Linux's copy command "cp" does not...

I also made xformers a toggleable option, since voldy finally updated webui to use a newer version of torch, you can just use the regular xformers installation and not the special wheel we've been installing in the past.

I tested it and nothing is broken, so feel free to re-copy it if you use it. I also updated the config.json/ui-config.json that it loads by default, and I might further update styles.csv so you can pick from a few different variations on "good" negative prompts, but that's already in the code, so as I change those files in my drive, the next time you launch, you'll have different default settings, like clip skip 2, some samplers hidden by default LMS, DPM fast, DPM adaptive, LMS Karras, PLMS and the danbooru autocomplete tag thing should show 10 results. and it will load the NAI vae automatically since that's the new "default"

way back when, an anon proompted a bunch of persona looking stuff using just NAI. there was nothing special in the prompt other than the {{persona 5}} you can see in the filename. "emphasis lines, drop shadow" etc. would probably help too
