I know no one here cares about miko but the reason it's mostly a mix between her being at her hometown along those days, her being completely unable to speak english, the issue with EN fans, being really busy and the biggest one: she's insanely introverted and also a hikikomori.
It's very hard for her to go out of her way and ask people to do stuff. She can get herself to do stuff with shiraken, mio and subaru but anything beyond them is really tough for her.
She also hasn't been doing good lately because of reasons (I'm not gonna explain further but anyone who watches her and knows japanese can guess what I'm talking about) so she's probably trying to chill for a bit with her fans alone.
