I had a gander at some of the tagging on various videos and it's kind of a mixed bag. Older HoloJP seem to take tagging very serious adding every holomem. HoloX not so much and inconsistent. Myth all has super consistent but sparse tagging. Council is mixed, Mumei tags like JP does, Bae doesn't tag at all. Kobo likewise nothing. My guess is it's kind of by generation of management, and they stick with what they were taught at the start.
First Take doesn't typically tag a lot but varies by artist, for example Claris tagged all the anime they did songs for, but LiSA had zero tags.
Niji seems to be individual though some waves got managed. For example the newest JP wave is individual and Roco even tagged that she was nervous, Lazulight seems to be individual, but xSoleil was told how to tag as a group. Check Salome's debut for an interesting tag.
